Facebook Messenger

Follow this step-by-step guide to receive Facebook Messenger messages in your Replyco account by adding the Facebook Messenger integration.

Replyco now offers seamless integration with Facebook Messenger, empowering you to respond to Facebook customer messages in less time, with less effort. Integrating Facebook Messenger with Replyco couldn’t be easier.

Step 1: Add A New Integration

To start, click the + Add Integration button in the upper-right hand corner.

Step 2: Choose Facebook

Select Facebook from the list of currently available Replyco Integrations, then click “Authorize” to proceed to Facebook.

Step 3: Confirm Your Account

Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Facebook account — the one that you wish to integrate with Replyco — and hit “Continue as [name].” Or, click “Log into another account.”

Step 4: Select Your Facebook Pages

Here you will see a list of all your Facebook Pages. Hit the checkbox for each Page you wish to integrate with Replyco, allowing you to receive and respond to customer messages. Then, click the “Next” button.

Step 5: Give Permission to Replyco

Help us help you! In order to give you the best Facebook messenger integration experience, allow us access to your Facebook page conversations. Keeping both toggle switches in the “Yes” position will ensure you get the most out of this feature. Afterwards, hit “Done.”

That’s It!

You will see a message that you have successfully linked Replyco to your Facebook account. Click “OK” to return to the Replyco home screen.

You will now see the new “Instant Messages” tab on the left-hand side of the screen. From here, you can receive and respond to all of your Facebook Messenger customer inquiries.
