In order to create a ticket, open Tickets in the menu on the left-hand side. Go to the “All tickets” tab.
In the upper right-hand corner, click the “Create New Ticket” button.
The following window will appear below:
Select a recipient and a sender.
If the client is not in the system, then you need to mark the "Non system contact" checkbox and fill in the following:
Now you need to write a subject, choose a template or write a message yourself.
To send a message, click the “Create” button.
