Before you can start using Replyco, you first need to integrate your Sales channels. Integrating your eBay channel will allow Replyco to download customer messages along with other information, such as:
- Customer information
- Product information
- Order information
This guide explains how to add your eBay account to Replyco.
Click on “Add Integration” button in the top right corner of the screen.
Select “eBay” from the list of integration options.
From the dropdown menu, select the country of the eBay site that you’d like to integrate.
Click on “Authorise” button to be taken to eBay’s site.
Enter your eBay’s username and password and click on “Sign in” button.
Finally, click on “I agree” button to grant application access to Replyco.
You should see a “New integration saved” pop up in the top right corner of the tab. This means the integration has now been added. To check this, go to Admin > Integrations to see if the integration is in there.
The green unlocked padlock suggests that the integration has been added successfully and is now active. You can click on the padlock to make changes to your integration or delete it.
