Integrating your Gmail account will allow Replyco to download customer messages.
This guide explains how to add your Gmail account to Replyco.
Click on the “Add Integration” button in the top right corner of the screen.
Select “Gmail” from the list of integration options.
In the window below, please give an Integration name and click the “Authorise” button.
Then also click “Authorise”.
Choose an appropriate account to continue to replyco.com.
Further, a security window may appear, this is normal and does not cause any harm to your account. Just click on “Go to replyco.com (unsafe)” below.
Click on "Allow" in the next two pop-up windows. This will give Replyco access to your messages and settings.
After that, you should confirm your choices, by clicking “Allow” again.
You will see this pop-up window in the Replyco app. with the text that your new integration has been successfully saved.
In your Gmail inbox open a letter from Google, it should look like this:
Click on “Check activity”.
You should confirm that you recognize this activity in the next window.
