Integrating your Shopify will allow Replyco to download customer messages along with other information, such as:

- Customer information

- Product information

- Order information

This guide explains how to add your Shopify account to Replyco.

Step 1:

Log in to your Shopify store. Stay logged in your Replyco account as well. You'll need to be logged in to both so we can connect them together.

Step 2:

Click on “Add Integration” button in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3:

Select “Shopify” from the list of integration options.

Step 4:

In the new window, under "Integration name" just specify any name, you want to see in Replyco account. Then, enter your Shopify store name and the email you have associated with this account. Click “Authorise”.

Step 5:

Once filled you will be sent to the following screen. Press the “Authorise” button again.

Step 6:

When you click Authorise you will be redirected to your Shopify shop, where you’d have to log in using your credentials.

After validating your Shopify credentials you should be redirected back to Replyco.

Step 7: Go to the Replyco, select the Integrations tab in the left side of the app. Choose your Shopify integration.

Step 8: Click on the "Copy email adress".

Step 9: Then go to your Shopify page. Choose Settings in the left corner.

Now click on "General".

In the Customer email box, you should put this copied email.

Save! Green lock means your integration was successful.
