How to create a ticket

Step 1: In order to create a ticket, open the Ticket tab in the menu on the left-hand side. Go to “All tickets” tab.

Step 2: In the upper right-hand corner, there will be a “Create New Ticket” button.

The following window will appear below:

Step 3:

First of all, you should select a recipient and a sender.

If the client is not in the system, then you need to tick and fill in the following:

Step 4:

Now you need to write a subject, choose a template or write a message yourself.

To send a message, click the “Create” button.
