How to respond to a ticket

Step 1:

Open the ticket and click the “Respond” button in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 2:

The next window appears:

Step 3:

You can choose one of your templates ( standard or created by you) or write a message yourself.

You can also add photos and videos to your answer. And even add files in such formats as PDF, Jpeg. Click on the “Add attachment” button.

Step 4:

To send a message, click the “Send” button in the lower left-hand corner.
