User Role Management

Assign specific roles (Admin, Moderator, Admin) to individual users.
Please note, to access User Role management, you must be an Admin and have the proper Access Rights assigned.
Navigate to Admin => Manage Users.
Click on the User you wish to assign access right to.
Click on the Information tab.
From the User Role drop-down, select one of the following roles:
  • User: Full access to tickets, labels, and global search. Tools access is limited to Customers, Orders, and Products. Dashboard overview only.
  • Moderator: Provides additional access to Cases, Feedback, and Instant Messages.
  • Admin: Full access to everything.
Save User.
You can also assign Roles when creating a New User.
