Customers

All of your buyers and customers can be found here, along with their previous orders, correspondence & notes.

Access Rights needed: Tools => Customers (View & Edit)

List of Customers

Once you open the Customers page, you will see a list of your contacts from all channels you have.

You are able to search through this list by Customer's Name, Phone Number or Email Address.

Contact Card

Once the required contact is found, you may click on it to open a Contact Card.

Each Contact Card contains info about:

  • A marketplace of the first contact;

  • Contact Info;

  • Previous Tickets;

  • Previous Orders;

  • Previous Chats;

  • Internal Notes related to this Customer.

You are also able to modify information in a Contact Card by pressing the Edit button (a pencil icon):

Or merge two customers into one by pressing the Merge button:
