# Customers

## List of Customers

Once you open the Customers page, you will see a list of your contacts **from all channels** you have.

You are able to search through this list by Customer's **Name**, **Phone Number** or **Email Address**.

## Contact Card

Once the required contact is found, you may click on it to open a Contact Card.

Each Contact Card contains info about:

* **A marketplace of the first contact;**
* **Contact Info;**
* **Previous Tickets;**
* **Previous Orders;**
* **Previous Chats;**
* **Internal Notes related to this Customer.**

You are also able to **modify information** in a Contact Card by pressing the **Edit button** (a pencil icon):

Or merge two customers into one by pressing the **Merge button**:
