Billing Details

From this section you will learn everything related to the financial aspects of using Replyco: from payments & plan upgradings to account cancellations.

Billing Tab

This tap contains info about ticket usage (if relevant), invoices, charging history and your actual bank cards.

To find these pages, please visit Admin => Billing.

Usage

If you are using one of our older tariff plans based on ticket usage, this tab will provide you with insights about how quickly you are reaching your limits broken down by payment periods in the past.

Invoices

This tab contains info about all the current and previous invoices we issued and sent to you. You may also download them if needed.

Charges

This tab contains info about all of your current and previous payments.

If a payment has a red icon, then it means that something went wrong during the charge. Perhaps you need to top up your bank card or ensure that the proper one is added to Replyco.

Cards

This tab contains info about all of your bank cards added to Replyco. To delete existing ones or change the default one, please contact our Customer Support team.

Making a Payment

How to make a payment on your Replyco subscription.

Making a payment on your Replyco subscriptions is easy. Simply click Buy Now in the lower, left corner of the app and follow the on-screen instructions.

Enter the information requested.

You can make payments using any kind of debit/credit card.

Alternatively, if you require an invoice to be issued for your accounts team, just let us know using help@replyco.com. We'll be happy to help.

Plan Upgrading

Feel ready enough to scale your business and drive your inbox even more effectively? Check this guide about Replyco tariff plan upgrading.

To find out which tariff plan you are currently on, please visit Admin => Billing.

On the Billing page, find your current tariff plan name along with the Upgrade button at your top-right corner.

To learn more about actual tariff plans you may upgrade to, press the Upgrade button.

Choose your country and click on the tariff plan you are interested in to learn more.

Once you are ready with a decision, please contact our Support Team.

Subscription Termination

We hope you won't need it, but check here for your guide to cancelling your Replyco account.

We always hate to see you go. However, if you wish to cancel your Replyco account, please send an email to help@replyco.com.

If you choose to cancel, for any reason, within 14 days of your first subscription date, we'll be happy to refund 100% of your subscription fee.

Your data will be kept on our servers for 30 days after your final cancellation date. After this, your data will be removed with no way of restoring it.
