{% hint style="info" %}
Please note that this setting is related to **eBay tickets only**.
{% endhint %}

If you are going to attach a PDF, DOC or perhaps a video file to your eBay message, it won't be sent, as eBay supports only the following types of attachments:

**JPG, JPEG, TIF, PNG, GIF, BMP.**

In order to help our clients with this, we have implemented an **Automatic Attachment Converter for eBay**.

If you have this option **enabled**, we process your **PDF** attachment and **convert it into PNG images** during the message-sending process.
