This setting keeps a ticket Unread if no actions were taken after opening it.
This simple setting defines if the ticket will be automatically resolved after you send a reply.
This setting remembers your individual preferences. Basically, it just enables/disables the following tickbox automatically each time you hit the Reply button:
This simple setting defines if you will be taken back to the Ticket List after the ticket is resolved.
This setting remembers your individual preferences. Basically, if it is disabled, you will stay in the ticket after resolving it.

This setting, when enabled, makes tickets Unassigned automatically each time you resolve them.
Please note that this setting is related to eBay tickets only.
If you are going to attach a PDF, DOC or perhaps a video file to your eBay message, it won't be sent, as eBay supports only the following types of attachments:
JPG, JPEG, TIF, PNG, GIF, BMP.
In order to help our clients with this, we have implemented an Automatic Attachment Converter for eBay.
If you have this option enabled, we process your PDF attachment and convert it into PNG images during the message-sending process.
