Products
This tab aggregates products (listings) from all of your channels in one place. Each position contains basic info about your products their description, quantity & related tickets
Access Rights needed: Tools => Products (View & Edit)
List of Products
This is the main screen of the Products section. All of your products and listings can be found here.
Each line contains info about Quantity, the Title of your Product/Listing, the Category of your product, and a number of tickets related to the product.
Filtering & Sorting
If you need to find a certain product(s) or listing(s), you may use a search, filters, and sorting.
All tickets can be filtered by a certain marketplace (like eBay or Amazon).
Product Details
Each product/listing can be clicked. Once done, a pop-up with the main Product Details will appear.
If you have a Product Description, it will be also displayed here.
Each order also contains the Related Tickets section that shows all the tickets related to this order.
