Here are the basic things you should know about the Feedback module.

Access Rights needed: Main => Feedback (View & Edit)

The Feedback section of your Replyco account enables you to:

• monitor your Feedback flow,

• process eBay & Amazon Feedback,

• send automatic Feedback requests for Amazon.
