How to connect your company's Instagram Direct to the Replyco App.

Access Rights needed: Main => Admin (View & Edit)

Step 0: Add yourself as a Facebook Business Page manager

  1. To do that, at the top right corner, choose a business page you are going to integrate into Replyco.

  1. Click Settings and privacy => Settings.

  1. Find the New Pages experience section.

  1. Add yourself to the People with a Facebook access list. Ensure you will have the full access rights possible.

What if I cannot find myself in the list of people when trying to provide full access to my Facebook page?

Due to the current Facebook flow, Meta Business Suite admins cannot find themselves there, hence need to delete themselves from the Meta Business Suite page assignees list first. Here is what you need to do:

  1. Open Meta Business Suite for the business page you need to integrate into Replyco.

  1. At the left bottom corner, find the Settings section.

  1. Move to Accounts => Pages and select the page you are going to integrate into Replyco.

  1. Go to the Page Access tab, find yourself and click Manage.

  1. Click on the Remove Access option.

  1. Once done, you should be able to invite yourself as a Page Manager on Facebook itself.

  2. After that, you will still remain as an administrator at your Meta Business Suite.

Step 1: Connect your Instagram account to a public Facebook page

Go to Public Page Settings.

In the Instagram tab, click Connect account.

Make sure that the option Allow access to Instagram messages in Inbox is turned on.

After connecting Instagram to Facebook do not forget to click the "Review Connection" button.

Enable Allow Access to Messages in Connect Tools. You can find it in the Instagram mobile app: Settings - Privacy - Messages. Pay attention, Instagram Direct messages will not be delivered without this option.

Once you authorize your Instagram account, you will see the details of your Instagram account on the Facebook page.

Step 2: Connect your Instagram account to Replyco App

After authorizing, continue as the Facebook user, choose Instagram page and Facebook page you want to connect and allow access to all settings:

If you follow all these steps you will be able to successfully add your Instagram integration to Replyco App.

Please note that you are able to restrict access to certain Instant Messages integrations individually for each user in the Access Rights section at Instant Messages Integrations.
