ChannelAdvisor

Follow this step-by-step guide to start receiving CA orders into your Replyco account by adding the native integration.

Access Rights needed: Main => Admin (View & Edit)

To begin receiving order information from your ChannelAdvisor account, you'll need to connect it to Replyco.

Click + Add Integration at the top right of the app.

Select ChannelAdvisor from the list of integration options.

Step 1:‌ Authorize

Click the Authorize button

Log into your ChannelAdvisor account and select a client

Step 2: Grant Replyco Access to your CA account

Choose your CA Account and then grant Replyco access to it

Once done, you will be redirected back into Replyco. Click the Finish button.

All Done!

VIEW / EDIT

To see Integrations that have already been added, go to Admin > Integrations.

A list will show the Source, Synchronization Status, Account, Name, Date for Last Messages Synced, and Last Orders Synced.

A green status means that the Integration IS configured correctly.

A red status means the integration is NOT configured correctly.

Click on the chat icon
Click +Add Integration & select ChannelAdvisor
Click the Authorize button
Log into your ChannelAdvisor account and select a client
Choose your CA Account and then click Grant Access
Click Finish
Click Admin => Integrations
