# ChannelAdvisor

To begin receiving order information from your ChannelAdvisor account, you'll need to connect it to Replyco. 

Click **+ Add Integration** at the top right of the app.

Select **ChannelAdvisor** from the list of integration options.

### **Step 1:**‌ Authorize

Click the **Authorize** button

**Log into** your ChannelAdvisor account and **select a client**

### **Step 2: Grant Replyco Access to your CA account**

**Choose your CA Account** and then **grant** Replyco access to it

Once done, you will be redirected back into Replyco. Click the Finish button.

### All Done!

### VIEW / EDIT

To see Integrations that have already been added, go to **Admin > Integrations.**

A list will show the Source, Synchronization Status, Account, Name, Date for Last Messages Synced, and Last Orders Synced.

* A :green\_circle:**green status** means that the Integration **IS** configured correctly.
* A :red\_circle:**red status** means the integration is **NOT** configured correctly.
