Follow this step-by-step guide to receive Magento messages in your Replyco account by adding the Magento Integration.

the Access Rights needed: Main => Admin (View & Edit)

In order to begin receiving customer messages and order information from your Magento stores(s), you'll need to connect your Replyco account to each Magento store.

Click + Add Integration at the top right of the app.

Select Magento from the list of integration options.

Step 1: Authorize

Step 2: Set up a new Magento integration

In order to integrate the Magento store with Replyco, you will need to create a Replyco integration in Magento first.

Before starting, please visit Stores => Configuration => Services => OAuth => Consumer Settings.

Switch the Allow OAuth Access Tokens to be used as standalone Bearer tokens option to Yes.

1 - Go to the Integrations page

  • Log in to your Magento store.

  • Go to System > Integrations.

  • Click Add New Integration, located on the top-right side of the screen.

  • Enter Replyco as an Integration Name.

  • Enter your password to confirm your identity.

  • Click on the API page.

  • Click All under Resource Access for this Integration. IMPORTANT!

  • Go back to the Integration Info page & click Save on your top-right.

2 - Activate the Integration

  • Go back to System > Integrations.

  • Activate the newly created integration.

  • Ensure the Integration is granted Access to all the rights possible and click Allow.

  • Once done, you will be provided with different types of Tokens.

  • Copy the Access Token. You will need it further.

  • Click Done.

Step 3: Enter the info into Replyco

Return back to the Replyco application and fill in the details below:

  • Enter the Integration name.

  • Enter Token. This is the Access Token you created in the previous step for Magento.

  • Enter API URL. This is a link to your Magento store ( e.g.

  • Enter a Display Email.

  • Enter a Send Name as.

  • Click Authorize.

Step 4: Set up the Correspondence

  • Click on the newly set up Magento integration.

  • Scroll down and find the Replyco-generated email address for this integration.

Set up Forwarding to this email address OR use your own Custom SMTP settings.

All Done!


To see Integrations that have already been added, go to Admin > Integrations.

A list will show the Source, Synchronization Status, Account, Name, Date for Last Messages Synced, and Last Orders Synced.

  • A 🟒green status means that the Integration IS configured correctly.

  • A πŸ”΄red status means the integration is NOT configured correctly.
