Follow this step-by-step guide to start receiving Billbee orders into your Replyco account by adding the native integration.

Access Rights needed: Main => Admin (View & Edit)

To begin receiving order information from your Billbee account, you'll need to connect it to Replyco.

Step 1: create an API password

In order to add your account to Replyco, you need two things: Billbee account email address and Billbee API password. Here is how it can be done.

Press the Settings icon and click on the Billbee API section:

Once done, the General Settings screen will be displayed.

Here, you will need to do the following:

  • Activate the API (1)

  • Insert your own API password (2)

  • Click Save

Please save your newly created password, you will need it in the next step.

Step 2: Add your Billbee account to Replyco

Click + Add Integration at the top right of the app.

Select Billbee from the list of integration options.

Click the Authorize button.

Enter your Username (Billbee account email address) and Password (your Billbee API password created in the previous step). Then click Authorize.

All done! From now on, we will start pulling your Billbee orders and attach them to related tickets automatically.


To see Integrations that have already been added, go to Admin > Integrations.

A list will show the Source, Synchronization Status, Account, Name, Date for Last Messages Synced, and Last Orders Synced.
