Access Rights needed: Main => Admin (View & Edit)
To do that, at the top right corner, choose a business page you are going to integrate into Replyco.
Click Settings and privacy => Settings.
Find the Page access section.
Add yourself to the People with a Facebook access list. Ensure you will have the full access rights possible.
What if I cannot find myself in the list of people when trying to provide full access to my Facebook page?
Due to the current Facebook flow, Meta Business Suite admins cannot find themselves there, hence need to delete themselves from the Meta Business Suite page assignees list first. Here is what you need to do:
Open Meta Business Suite for the business page you need to integrate into Replyco.
At the left bottom corner, find the Settings section.
Move to Accounts => Pages and select the page you are going to integrate into Replyco.
Go to the Page Access tab, find yourself and click Manage.
Click on the Remove Access option.
Once done, you should be able to invite yourself as a Page Manager on Facebook itself.
After that, you will still remain as an administrator at your Meta Business Suite.
To start, click the + Add Integration button in the upper-right-hand corner and then click on the WhatsApp logo.
From the popup window, click the Authorize button to proceed and allow Replyco to receive your WhatsApp messages.
Once clicked, a new popup window will open and you will be asked to log into your existing Facebook account.
Then you need to connect your WhatsApp Business account with Replyco. To begin, click Get Started.
Choose your Meta Business Account associated with your WhatsApp Business. Then click Next.
Please note that your WhatsApp Business account must have a Payment method added (2) and your Business has to be verified (1). Kindly refer to the screenshot below:
Now, create or select an associated WhatsApp Business profile and click Next.
The next step is to verify your WhatsApp Business number. Choose how you would like to do this and click Next.
After that, you will be asked to review what Replyco is requesting permission to do. Click Continue.
Once clicked, it will take some seconds to verify the integration. Once succeed, you will see the following screen. Click Finish.
A pop-up window will be closed. Return to a Replyco tab and click Finish.
To see Integrations that have already been added, go to Admin > Accounts.
A list will show the Source, Synchronization Status, Account, Name, Date for Last Messages Synced, and Last Orders Synced.
A 🟢green status means that the Integration IS configured correctly.
A 🔴red status means the integration is NOT configured correctly.
