Follow this step-by-step guide to receive WhatsApp messages in your Replyco account by adding the WhatsApp integration.

Step 0: Add yourself as a Facebook Business Page manager

  1. To do that, at the top right corner, choose a business page you are going to integrate into Replyco.

  1. Click Settings and privacy => Settings.

  1. Find the Page access section.

  1. Add yourself to the People with a Facebook access list. Ensure you will have the full access rights possible.

Step 1: Add a New Integration

‌To start, click the + Add Integration button in the upper-right-hand corner and then click on the WhatsApp logo.

Step 2: Authorize Replyco — WhatsApp Business Synchronization

From the popup window, click the Authorize button to proceed and allow Replyco to receive your WhatsApp messages.

Click Authorize

Once clicked, a new popup window will open and you will be asked to log into your existing Facebook account.

Then you need to connect your WhatsApp Business account with Replyco. To begin, click Get Started.

Choose your Meta Business Account associated with your WhatsApp Business. Then click Next.

Choose your Meta Business Account and click Next.

Now, create or select an associated WhatsApp Business profile and click Next.

Choose your WhatsApp Business profile and click Next

The next step is to verify your WhatsApp Business number. Choose how you would like to do this and click Next.

Choose how you would like to verify your number and click Next.

After that, you will be asked to review what Replyco is requesting permission to do. Click Continue.

Review permissions and click Continue.

Once clicked, it will take some seconds to verify the integration. Once succeed, you will see the following screen. Click Finish.

Click Finish.

A pop-up window will be closed. Return to a Replyco tab and click Finish.

Click Finish.

All Done!

VIEW / EDIT

To see Integrations that have already been added, go to Admin > Accounts.

Click Admin => Integrations

A list will show the Source, Synchronization Status, Account, Name, Date for Last Messages Synced, and Last Orders Synced.

  • A 🟢green status means that the Integration IS configured correctly.

  • A 🔴red status means the integration is NOT configured correctly.
