Administrator Guide

If you are a Business Owner or a Customer Support Manager who is overseeing the Replyco integration process and maintaining all financial & technical sides in a harmony, then this guide is for you!
To get a full understanding of this guide we strongly advise you to check the previous Moderator Guide.

Adding new Integrations into Replyco

The most important thing is to connect all your selling & communication channels properly.
To start the integration process, just visit our Adding Integrations section, choose channel type and select a certain platform, system or email provider.

Billing & Administrative Processes

Invoices, Cards & other financial aspects of your Replyco account are described in the Administrative Processes => Billing Details section or our documentation.
Other settings that affect the whole Company Account, as well as your Service Level Agreements, can be found on the Administrative Processes => Company Settings page of our documentation.
