## Adding new Accounts to Replyco

The most important thing is to connect all your selling & communication channels **properly**.

To start the integration process, visit our [**Adding Accounts**](/main-sections/adding-accounts.md) section, choose channel type and select a certain platform, system or email provider.

## Billing & Administrative Processes

Invoices, Cards & other financial aspects of your Replyco account are described in the [**Administrative Processes => Billing Details**](/main-sections/administrative-processes/billing-details.md) section or our documentation.

Other settings that affect the whole Company Account, as well as your Service Level Agreements, can be found on the [**Administrative Processes => Company Settings**](/main-sections/administrative-processes/company-settings.md) page of our documentation.
