Administrator Guide

If you are a Business Owner or a Customer Support Manager who is overseeing the Replyco accounts adding process and maintaining all financial & technical sides in harmony, then this guide is for you!

Adding new Accounts to Replyco

The most important thing is to connect all your selling & communication channels properly.

To start the integration process, visit our section, choose channel type and select a certain platform, system or email provider.

Billing & Administrative Processes

Invoices, Cards & other financial aspects of your Replyco account are described in the section or our documentation.

Other settings that affect the whole Company Account, as well as your Service Level Agreements, can be found on the page of our documentation.
