Katana
Follow this step-by-step guide to start receiving Katana orders into your Replyco account by adding the native integration.
Access Rights needed: Main => Admin (View & Edit)
To begin receiving order information from your Katana account, you'll need to connect it to Replyco.
Click + Add Integration at the top right of the app.
Select Katana from the list of integration options.

Step 1:β Authorize
Click the Authorize button

Step 2: Log into your Katana account
Type your Katana Login Email & Password and then press LOG IN.

All Done!
VIEW / EDIT
To see Integrations that have already been added, go to Admin > Integrations.

A list will show the Source, Synchronization Status, Account, Name, Date for Last Messages Synced, and Last Orders Synced.
A π’green status means that the Integration IS configured correctly.
A π΄red status means the integration is NOT configured correctly.
