# Ticket-related Settings

## Message Language

<figure><img src="/files/qzchnlmU7z2eJEiNhmdH" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This setting defines the **user's native language**. When inside of a ticket, the **Translate button** will translate text to this particular language **by default**, with just one click, saving a few precious seconds of your time.

{% hint style="info" %}
Please note that this setting is NOT about changing the language of Replyco Platform interface. At this moment in time, the App is available in English language only.

## Message Order

This setting defines the default messages ordering inside of a ticket.

It can be switched to the **Newest to Oldest** OR **Oldest to Newest**.

When you enter the ticket, you may choose how to sort messages manually by simply clicking the sort button. This setting **remembers** your individual preferences and **automatically** switches this sorting to the way you need **each time** you visit a ticket.

## Default Message View

This setting defines the default messages view inside of a ticket.

It can be switched to **Text** OR **HTML**.

When you enter the ticket, you may choose how to display messages by simply clicking the toggle button. This setting **remembers** your individual preferences and **automatically** switches this toggle button to the way you need **each time** you visit a ticket.

## Expand all messages in a thread

<figure><img src="/files/4gp5If1ageGKOHiF2Phg" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Basically, each message inside of a ticket is **collapsed** (except the very last message). In order to expand it, you need to click the **Expand Message button**:

This option allows you to **choose** whether to expand or leave messages collapsed **by default**.

## Message sending delay

<figure><img src="/files/NqlR7AXRQ19bm3gDyi6A" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Replyco allows each user to set up a **delay-by-default time** **when sending messages**. When delayed, users can **cancel** the message before the delay time elapses. Similar to an “**undo**” button in Gmail, **but better**!

<figure><img src="/files/DGr37vpKVTmdjB2oLmza" alt=""><figcaption><p><strong>Cancel Button</strong> for Delayed messages</p></figcaption></figure>

We hope these simple but flexible settings will allow you to interact with ticket messages with more convenience than ever before.
