Before you can start using Replyco, you should integrate your Sales channels. Integrating your Linnworks will allow Replyco to download some of your details such as:‌

- Customer information

- Product information

- Order information

This guide explains how to add your Linnworks account to Replyco.‌

Step 1:

Click on “Add Integration” button in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2:

Select “Linnworks” from the list of integration options.

Step 3:

In the window that appears, click “Authorise”.

Step 4:

Then enter your Linnworks email and Linworks password. Tick that you agree to the Terms and Conditions and click “Login”.

Step 5:

After that press the “Install” button.

Step 6:

Now copy this code.

Step 7:

And paste it in the window in Replyco. Click “Authorise”.

Step 8:

Now Linnworks integration should be in the list of your integrations.
