Before you can start using Replyco, you should integrate your Sales channels. Integrating your Linnworks will allow Replyco to download some of your details such as:
- Customer information
- Product information
- Order information
This guide explains how to add your Linnworks account to Replyco.
Click on “Add Integration” button in the top right corner of the screen.
Select “Linnworks” from the list of integration options.
In the window that appears, click “Authorise”.
Then enter your Linnworks email and Linworks password. Tick that you agree to the Terms and Conditions and click “Login”.
After that press the “Install” button.
Now copy this code.
And paste it in the window in Replyco. Click “Authorise”.
Now Linnworks integration should be in the list of your integrations.
