How to Use Tags
You can use tags while writing a message to automatically insert customer, marketplace and shipping data to enhance productivity and effortlessly personalize email templates.
While writing a message, click on any of the tags in the box below to automatically insert a it into the message composition box, in the position your cursor is moved to.
To see how your message will appear to recipients, click the Preview button directly underneath the Tag box.

Name Tags

    #product_name# — inserts the name of the product associated with the customer order.
    #customer_name# — inserts the first and last name of the customer.
    #customer_first_name# — inserts only the first name of the customer.
    #username# — inserts the name of the Replyco user / customer support agent.

Order Data Tags

    #marketplace# — inserts the name of the marketplace associated with the customer ticket (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
    #order_id# — inserts the order number associated with the customer’s purchase.
    #linnworks_order_id# — inserts the Linnworks order ID associated with the customer’s purchase.
    #product_id# — inserts the unique identifier of the product associated with the customer order.
    #customer_id# — inserts the customer’s unique identifier for the associated marketplace.
    #ticketid# — inserts the Replyco ticket number.
    #payment_method# — inserts the method of payment the customer used for the order.
    #order_created_date/time# — inserts the date and time that the order was created.

Shipping Tags

    #order_shipped_date/time# — inserts the date and time that the order was shipped.
    #shipping_address# — inserts the street address where the order is being delivered to.
    #full_shipping_address# — inserts the full delivery address of the order, including city, country and postal code.
    #shipping_city# — inserts the name of the city where the order is being delivered to.
    #shipping_country# — inserts the name of the country where the order is being delivered.
    #shipping_postcode# — inserts the postal code associated with the order's delivery address.
    #tracking_number# — inserts the tracking number for a package / order.
    #tracking_url# — inserts the order tracking number in the form of a URL.
    #shipping_service_name# — inserts the name of the shipping service used to deliver the customer’s order.
    #expected_delivery_dates# — inserts the expected delivery date of the order.
    #latest_delivery_dates# — inserts the latest date by which the order will be delivered.
    #estimated_delivery_date# — inserts a range from the expected arrival date, to the latest delivery date for the order.
