Access Rights needed: Main => Admin (View & Edit)
IMPORTANT:
Before integrating your Brightpearl store with Replyco, please get in touch with our support team and provide us with the following information:
- Company email associated with the Brightpearl account.
- Brightpearl company ID.
This pre-authorisation step is mandatory before integrating. Without it, you won’t be able to integrate your Brightpearl store correctly.
To begin receiving order information from your Brightpearl account, you'll need to connect it to Replyco.
Click + Add Account at the top right of the app.
Select Brightpearl from the list of integration options.
Click the Authorize button.
Sign in to your Brightpearl account.
Once done, you need to Approve Access to your Brightpearl account.
Once approved, you will be redirected back to Replyco. Click Finish.
To see Integrations that have already been added, go to Admin > Accounts.
A list will show the Source, Synchronization Status, Account, Name, Date for Last Messages Synced, and Last Orders Synced.
A green status means that the Integration IS configured correctly.
A red status means the integration is NOT configured correctly.
